Meet Barb Thoms, Festival Manager and one of the driving forces behind Plein Air Down Under, Australia’s largest and longest-running outdoor painting festival. Established in Mandurah in 2019, the festival brings hundreds of artists together to paint the beautiful landscapes of Mandurah and the Peel Region. Barb plays a key role in bringing the event to life and creating a celebration where artists and the wider community can connect, create and experience art in the open air.
